COVID-19 Vaccine Team Lead

The Vaccine Site Lead manages the clinical and support teams at a single vaccination site to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to all scheduled patients.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

Bachelor’s degree required / Master’s degree preferred
Active clinical license as a Registered Nurse
Active Certification: BLS
Minimum 3 years of experience medical or healthcare experience

COVID-19 Logistics Specialist

The Logistics Specialist supports the project by coordinating the acquisition, distribution, delivery, and, when necessary, the discontinuation of project supplies.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

High school diploma with 6 years of relevant administrative or logistics experience.
Bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 4 years of experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software program.

COVID-19 Patient Administrator

The Patient Administrator interacts with individuals interested in registering to receive a COVID vaccination and ensures all of the relevant paperwork is completed in full. They will collect and enter patient data into the provided vaccination information system in an accurate and expeditious manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining and tracking electronic records and logs.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

Minimum High school, GED, or equivalent diploma.
2 years administrative experience.
Previous medical or health care experience preferred.
Functional Spanish language preferred.

COVID-19 Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager will analyze and oversee the regional supply chain requirements and the life cycle of assigned products from receipt, through distribution, delivery and when necessary, discontinuation. The Logistics Manager will be in frequent contact with the Logistics Specialists.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain.
A degree or higher national diploma in shipping and logistics or related field. Relevant experience may be supplemented in special cases.
Experience managing a geographically dispersed team.

COVID-19 Patient Scheduler

The Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling and coordination of patient COVID-19 vaccinations in an efficient and timely manner. The Scheduler may service as the liaison between the patient and the clinical vaccination staff.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years’ experience in administration.
Prior medical or health care experience highly preferred.
Functional Spanish language preferred.

COVID-19 Vaccine Applicator

The Vaccine Applicator will administer COVID-19 vaccines to patients at mobile and static vaccination sites.

Licensed/registered healthcare professional (AEMT, Paramedic, LPN or nursing student) with active immunization certification through an accredited organization in one or more states in the contiguous United States.
2 years medical or healthcare experience

COVID-19 Clinical Observer

The Clinical Observer will work with the team of medical professionals and support staff at a single vaccination site to monitor patients following COVID-19 vaccinations. The Clinical Observer watches for adverse vaccine reactions and rapidly evaluates and responds to those reactions.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE requirements

CAAHEP-accredited Paramedic program and National Paramedic Certification through NREM.
Active clinical license: Paramedic in one or more states in the contiguous United States.
Active Certification: ACLS.
