Provides administrative and technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global company’s benefits programs. Processes and administers the company’s benefits programs including: medical, dental, vision, EAP, spending accounts, life and disability insurance programs and retirement plans. Ensures programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs. Resolves employee issues with regard to benefits matters. Works on system between HRIS solution and insurance providers and carriers. Administers and communicates the company’s benefits programs in regards to the plan options, policy features and other requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
