Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The duties include, but are not limited to: interview Sources as part of the QA process, provide advice and guidance to investigators on vouchering, and investigation guidelines.  Create and maintain various Excel report to include writing equations and preparing graphs, review and analyze investigator quality.  Will investigate, determine validity, and write reports regarding integrity and professionalism in required forma for submission to Project Managers and customer. Provide daily support and assistance and act on behalf of Compliance and Quality Control Manager to include attending meetings. Other duties as assigned.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Investigate integrity and professionalism concerns of investigators.
  • Audit and maintain financial/vouchering of investigators.
  • Interview Sources and Investigators to determine core causes
  • Make recommendations and implement issue resolution
  • Assist in maintaining Quality Assurance program to include creating, sending, and recording responses
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • College graduate
  • At least 8 years of Background Investigative experience
  • Experience with financial auditing
  • Experience with quality compliance processes
  • Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.
