POSITION DESCRIPITION:
The General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Coordinator is responsible for management, control, training and entry of all types of Program Work Orders, Equipment and Property into the GFEBS data base. This is a contingent award contract at Stuttgart, Germany.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Manages the execution of the GFEBS data base and SME on all GFEBS requirements
Manage the life cycle of all maintenance work orders from entry to closeout in GFEBS
Ensures correct accountably of maintained, repaired equipment and property into GFEBS IAW with PWS deliverables
Ensure GFEBS is updated reflecting new equipment, facilities and remove obsolete and decommissioned items in the data base.
Manage GFEBS maintenance work orders and review and correct work duplications
Monitor and report work backlog due to material delays and identify priorities that would correct or prevent backlogs
Responsible for training personnel in GFEBS and ensuring accuracy
Responsible to manage and train Help Desk personnel in their daily duties of receiving, tracking and initiating service calls and proper entry into GFEBS of work orders
Manage the life cycle for all procured materials and equipment in GFEBS and provide reports and deliverables
Performs quality assurance checks on GFEBS entries from Help Desk personnel to ensure accuracy and retrain as required
Work with other Program Department with accountability of equipment and facilities and maintenance work orders IAW with PWS requirements
Performs other related duties as assigned
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work expected will be in an office environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’ degree or Foreign Country equivalent, related experience may be substituted for education.
Completed and provide certificate of GFEBS training modules for Plant Maintenance provided in Army Leaning Management System (ALMS) preferred. If no GFEBS certificate have experience level to complete this training within 30 days of awarded contract.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment, maintenance, business intelligence, and projects. Experience may substitute for degree requirement
Competent experience working with Microsoft Suite programs
Management of personnel and ability to train personnel in GFEBS and Help Desk operations
Prior logistics military service desired but not required
Able to communicate in English in both oral and written formats to an English Level 3 or above category:
English Language Level 3 requirement: Good Working Knowledge- At this level an employee is required to have a good working knowledge of both written and spoken English. The employee should be able to read and understand agency regulations, operating instructions, memoranda, and related material concerning the field of work, to prepare correspondence and standardized reports, and to communicate effectively with English speaking staff members and the general public, including both English speaking and non-English speaking persons.
