Salary: $72,000 – $76,000
Position Overview
The Lead Training Coordinator is the primary consultant in the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process for Centerra Los Alamos (CLA) that analyzes the requirements for the operational training of the Protective Force. This position is responsible for the Job Task Analysis (JTA) and Curriculum Development, Protective Force Enterprise Mission Essential Task List (EMETL), records management and scheduling as well as, the responsibilities for mentoring, coaching, and advising our Training Coordinators. The incumbent frequently addresses team performance, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction. This position serves as the primary facilitator for team strategic planning sessions and analysis focus groups. The Lead manages and is responsible for all aspects of the section including supervision and direction of the Training Coordinators.
