RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Program Manager (PM) oversight and support to classified program operations in the Washington Metropolitan Area to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled.

This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Forecasts and reports future needs for personnel of each site to provide adequate time to prepare personnel for deployment.
  • Primary backup to deployment specialists.
  • Submits visitor requests for NSD visitors to Moyock facility.
  • Requests, submits, and tracks passports and visas for travel need of contractors.
  • Prepare, wrap, FedEx ISOPREP forms and inventory records to Herndon for delivery to Client.
  • Input new IC’s information into Polaris.
  • Coordinate with Client POC scheduling of new IC program briefings, schedule travel to Client HQS, send IC Client brief instructions, and update Polaris with date of briefing.
  • After training update Polaris with new IC class photo and file photo in IC’s active file.
  • Track incoming IC’s AAR evaluations and file in IC’s AAR folder.
  • Submits contractors for clearance upgrades and facilitates communication between contractors and background investigators.
  • Once IC’s clearance packet has been approved to submit, encrypt packet, and send to Client POC.
  • Manages reports required by contract. Ensures timely submission.
  • Coordinates communication between program/project managers and ACADEMI staff.
  • Oversees and coordinates all activities in support of assigned Task Orders and Projects.
  • May calculate, record, and submit pay for independent contractors.
  • Assists with the coordination and execution of logistics for NSD programs.
  • Maintains detailed operational and qualification records.
  • Assist with Proposals, RFP’s, Memo’s and other written correspondence as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Secret clearance, with eligibility for Top Secret.
  • Three years of administrative experience required.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion.
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
