Job Description


The Recruiter will be responsible for providing recruiting support for all project, technical, functional and proposal positions. This Recruiter will support recruitment for a wide variety of positions and clients such as technical professional positions and trades roles.




Salary Range – $50,000-55,000/year



  • Plan and execute recruiting strategies and provide services for assigned projects and ad hoc vacancies
  • Create recruiting postings and campaign to source candidates through internal systems and external job boards, including participate in virtual or in person recruitment events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop the recruitment approach, interview process, technical skills discussions
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Perform detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates
  • Ensure that internal and external recruiting processes are carried out in compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines and laws
  • Provide metrics and recruiting reporting to operations and recruitment leadership on regular intervals and as requested
  • Work with managers and supervisors to anticipate short- and long-term staffing needs
  • Support business development recruitment activities, including reading and review of the RFP, participation in capture activities, identification of key personnel, and facilitating all required documents such as LOCs, formatted resumes, etc.,
  • May assist with site payroll
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience (preferably in government contracting and/or staffing agency)
  • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system (ADP is a plus)
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent negotiating and presentation skills required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with recruits, internal customers and business partners
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with recruiting tools
  • Self Starter with track record of producing results in fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies
  • Ability to accurately interpret and apply policies, procedures, and laws related to employment
  • Must have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and the HR team

Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required.



May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
