  • Serve as the focal point for multiple contract training compliance requirements and be responsible for overall training quality and standards conformance in accordance with each SOW
  • Ability to plan training objectives and schedule personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity
  • Manage the training schedule for all employees, ensuring that all remain up to date on their certifications
  • Maintain training files and update curriculum.
  • Explain, demonstrate and ensure responsibility of equipment, maintain safety and organization of training environment.
  • Communicate and oversee compliance with company policy, procedures, and safety guidelines.


  • Ability to plan training objective, schedule personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity, maintain training files in compliance with SOMB, Maryland, DCJS and/or DHS standards, and manage resources within budget.
  • Minimum of two years of successful experience in training experience (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service).
  • Possess training certifications in First Aid/CPR/ARD, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray, and Firearms Instruction from an accredited program (NRA, Police Academy, state POST Academy, FLETC or military training course)
  • Bachelor’s Degree


Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 100 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
