POSITION SUMMARY
UAS Operators will perform as CONUS Instructor and might deploy for land based or ship missions. All candidates should be willing and able to work in a high-threat environment under austere conditions and pass pre-deployment medical screening (CENTCOM MOD 15). A battery of aptitude tests and system currency or training will be conducted which the candidate must pass. Personnel may be expected to deploy on various contracts and meet mission requirements as required by the Program Manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is based in a classroom environment while CONUS. If selected for the instructor role, relocation to the Moyock, North Carolina area is required. Some OCONUS locations may require work to be performed in an austere environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Work outside and in inclement weather conditions may be required. OCONUS deployment rotations will be 120-180 days. Work hours are based on a twelve (12) hour workday, seven days per week.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 70 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Requires constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
