Security Supervisor

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises Physical Security & Safety Section comprised of guards and EMS staff
  • Establishes and maintains staffing levels and security shift schedules
  • Enforces work standards; ensures all security inspections are performed; immediately reports any security issues or incidents to Program Coordinator
  • Coordinates activities of personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Formulates and develops safety plans and deliverables; manages safety drills
  • Reports to the Program Coordinator
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum 2 years of combined honorable supervisory military, law enforcement, or private security experience.
  • Shall be familiar with applicable U.S. military regulations
  • Must attend company provided training, qualify and be certified as a trained security guard.
  • Extent and nature of experience shall be such to be able to effectively manage a security operation and interface with the client daily.
  • Strong administrative knowledge including Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, database, and reports management.
  • Physically capable of performing assigned guard duties.
  • Must have received an honorable discharge as verified by a form DD-214 (U.S. Military) if applicable.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Shall possess an active U.S. Secret Clearance.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

Work is based in an office and field work environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however extended hours may be required. Evening shift work position work hours can be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., as assigned.

Security Guard

POSITION SUMMARY 

Guards and secures facility occupants, company property, personnel, and assets in against hazards such as fire, illegal entry, theft, and vandalism. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Under the direction of the Security Supervisor, maintains facility security and safety
  • Stands guard at facility access/egress points; operates access control equipment
  • Performs roving inspections of buildings, grounds, and facility perimeter per approved schedule; interacts with staff, visitors, and vendors as required
  • Reprioritizes work in response to emergencies
  • Prepare routine, standardized reports 
  • Immediately reports any security incidents to Security Supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High School Diploma and one year of previous security, military or equivalent law enforcement experience required 
  • Local candidates preferred, must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Candidates must pass a background check, to include fingerprinting
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion 
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process 
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting support for all corporate, technical, and business positions.


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Plan and execute recruiting strategies and provide services for assigned divisions

  • Create internet ads, and source candidates through advertisements and internet searches

  • Work closely with each hiring manager to report status of current activities and
    coordinate scheduling of interviews

  • Create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval

  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in relation to position requirements

  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position

  • Perform detailed reference checks and/or reference analysis on selected candidates

  • Ensure that internal and external recruiting processes are carried out in compliance with appropriate policies, guidelines and laws

  • Maintain recruiting documentation for tracking requisition processing, applicant flow, cost-per-hire and recruiting effectiveness statistics

  • Work with managers and supervisors to anticipate short and long term staffing needs and develop pro-active recruiting strategies to meet those needs

  • Provide guidance to supervisors and employees regarding employment policies and procedures

  • Develop and maintain an internal client base through professional and industry knowledge, a focus on client needs, and superior service

  • Proactively recruit qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions using a variety of sources

  • Prepare recruitment announcements, advertisements, postings, and offer letters

  • Manage recruiting activities, correspondence, and data analysis through an applicant tracking system

  • Administer and analyze pre-employment assessments and references

  • Manage employment offer process; negotiate beneficial terms for manager and applicant

  • Manage new hire setup process including new hire paperwork

  • Assist in the development of and changes to employment procedures, policies, and forms

  • Assist with special projects assigned by HR or Recruiting Managers

  • Responsible for generating recruiting reports


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • BA/BS strongly preferred

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting (corporate recruiting and/or staffing agency) experience

  • Superior communication skills

  • Excellent organization skills

  • Excellent negotiating and presentation skills required

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with recruits, internal customers and business partners

  • Knowledge of legal and compliance issues in the recruiting field

  • Previous experience with an applicant tracking system (ADP is a plus)

IT Specialist Supervisor

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and supervises the IT Section, schedules, and staff,
  • Manages setup and maintenance of IT and technically-related systems and equipment

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant technology field
  • 2+ years work experience as a supervisor of an IT operation or support center
  • B.S. or B.A. in appropriate Computer Science discipline from an accredited institution, college/university or six (6) years relevant work experience in computer science or computer technology
  • Three (3) years of experience in a dynamic computer science field that supported troubleshooting, repair and installation of microcomputer hardware and software
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including experience with virtualization, RAID, and backup systems
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Active Directory network environment consisting of multiple group policies, security groups, operating systems and numerous software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail and accuracy as well as confidentiality
