PAY TRANSPARENCY/COMPENSATION

 

Signing Bonus: $250*

 

Hourly Rate: $18.91/hr.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the entry and exit of personnel at client facilities.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure possible entry points are secure.
  • Serve as a physical presence and visual deterrent while making security checks throughout client facilities.
  • Maintain security logs.
  • Maintain high visibility, provide customer service, and handle incidents appropriately.
  • Observe and immediately report urgent and suspicious situations to the appropriate personnel, and/or emergency services via telephone, radio, or any means necessary.
  • Prepare incident reports pursuant to the terms of the subsidiary agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license or valid state identification card.
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language fluently.
  • Must be able to prepare detailed written reports legibly.
  • Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include: First Aid, and CPR.
  • Must be able to successfully pass background and drug screenings.
  • Must meet client suitability.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

The work environment is typically a busy warehouse and manufacturing facility. Individuals may be required to spend extended time exposed to outdoor elements as needed. Work hours are based on a 24/7 need for coverage to ensure the security of client assets.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Individuals may be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. This position requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. Individuals may be required to remain standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS

K9 Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY 

 

Supervisor, K-9 Handler will be responsible for overseeing the Handlers to ensure cargo screenings are done in compliance with TSA rules and regulations. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide supervision and training to assigned Handlers and canines 
  • Conduct and oversee authorized representative duties related to X-Ray, physical search, and explosive trace detection as needed 
  • Perform canine training, audits and administrative deliverables as required for assigned Canine Teams 
  • Manage, supervise and coordinate post assignments and schedules for canine Handlers, to include vacation relief that ensure required coverage 
  • Participate in CCSP related training to search cargo and identify explosive threats 
  • Perform Handler duties while commanding a trained explosive working dog 
  • Responsible for maintaining training records 
  • Responsible for maintaining training records, care, and maintenance of assigned certified canine. The assigned canine must be permitted to live inside the employee’s residence.  The employee’s residence must be adequate, indoor, and climate-controlled for the canine.  The canine living area at the employee’s residence is subject to reoccurring inspections. 
  • Must maintain all job-related certifications and required security clearances 
  • Must be willing to operate company vehicle (during on-site training) 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • U.S. Citizenship is required 
  • Two years of documented experience handling an explosive detection dog in an operational environment 
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred 
  • Prior Military or Law Enforcement preferred 
  • Must be able to obtain a Known Traveler Number (KTN) within four to six weeks of employment required 
  • Must have adequate transportation to transport assigned Canine and Crate (inside the vehicle) to/from assigned work location; transportation must have operational climate control 
  • Must be able to pass the applicable Contract Testing and Certifications for the program within four to six weeks of employment; candidate must maintain the certification requirements 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record for the last three years 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completion 
  • Problem solving skills with an analytical thought process

WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

Work is based in a busy training environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Nights, weekends, and holiday hours will be required, and the work schedule will vary. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

 

Must be able to lift, lower, carry, push or move objects up to 100 lbs. Various tasks may require intermittent standing or prolonged sitting, and the ability to walk, reach, kneel, crouch and handle work related supplies and tools. K9 Junior Handler

POSITION SUMMARY 

The Junior Handler will be responsible for screening cargo in compliance with TSA rules and regulations. The Junior Handler will be required to complete a 4–8-weeks minimum team training course and certification prior to mobilization to the assigned location.

  • Participate in CCSP related training to search cargo and identify explosive threats 
  • Conduct authorized representative duties related to X-Ray, physical search, and explosive trace detection as needed 
  • Perform Junior Handler duties while commanding a trained explosive working dog 
  • Responsible for maintaining training records 
  • Responsible for maintaining training records, care, and maintenance of assigned certified canine. The assigned canine must be permitted to live inside the employee’s residence.  The employee’s residence must be adequate, indoor, and climate-controlled for the canine.  The canine living area at the employee’s residence is subject to reoccurring inspections. 
  • Must maintain all job-related certifications and required security clearances 
  • Must be willing to operate company vehicle (during on-site training) 
  • Other duties as assigned

Security Contract Manager

 

Position Overview

Acts as the primary manager and leader on a security contract with multiple co-located commercial customers in the tech industry. Responsible for the day-to-day management of operations on the contract, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, achieving all contract requirements in the timelines dictated by the contract and ensuring the contract is executed within the budget set in the proposal documents. Responsible for the profit and loss of the program and will be accountable for financial performance. Sets all policies and directives to ensure good order and discipline of contract employees. Ensures staffing is managed to adequately achieve the contract objectives. Staffs the contract with qualified employees that meet the contract requirements. Serves a primary liaison to our clients.

 

Pay Transparency:

$95,000-105,000/year

 

Responsibilities

  • Fully staff the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements.
  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, ensuring quality of services, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all client reporting requirements, quality control and management of key personnel.
  • Make decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel related issues
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
  • Be available on a 24-hour basis, to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance.
  • Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations.
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded.
  • Have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control plan and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements.
  • Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the Work Order.
  • Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) year of specialized experience – Specialized experience includes: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts or subcontracts.
  • Verifiable experience and training in security awareness, mediation and conflict resolution, disaster and emergency situations and managing personnel at various types of facilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience
  • A US Citizen with social security card and a valid state driver’s license
  • Must meet all medical and physical standards as outlined in the contract
  • Meet background screening and suitability requirements
  • Fluently read and write English
  • Effective oral and written communication skills within all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Extended hours to include nights, weekends and holidays may be required. May be subject to outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures and weather. Subject to high noise levels, hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, extreme cold or exposure to chemicals.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

Must have visual and audio acuity to heavy equipment, machines such as fire equipment and apparatuses. Must meet all physical and psychological standards as required by the contract.

WORKING CONDITIONS 

 

Work conditions can vary from a busy training environment to field work, both subject to frequent interruptions. Frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold, and humidity. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Work hours will be dictated by the customers agreed upon schedule. Nights, weekends, and holiday hours will be required, and the work schedule will vary. Travel may also be required. 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

 

Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 100 lbs. Requires standing for long periods of time in all weather conditions. Requires intermittent sitting, walking, running, climbing, squatting, stretching, bending, and kneeling. Requires constant use of hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
