POSITION:
Full Time Training Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Training Manager (TM) position is a FTE position that requires a background with a minimum of two years of successful experience in training experience (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service).
- Serve as the focal point for multiple contract training compliance requirements and be responsible for overall training quality and standards conformance in accordance with each SOW
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The Training Manager must possess appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, and firearms instructions.
- Training Manager for First Aid, CPR, and AED (must have an Instructor certification from ARC or AHA.
- Ability to plan training objective, schedule personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity, maintain training files in compliance with SOMB, Maryland, DCJS and/or DHS standards, and manage resources within budget.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is based in a busy training environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Travel will be required, 25-50%.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 100 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
