Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Managing the requirements of this contract is considered a critical function. In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager shall oversee and manage all the security & Fire Services operations on site at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure employees perform all duties and requirements of the contract, ensuring: quality of services and supplies, timeliness of all deliverables, control costs, compliance with all government reporting requirements, quality control and management of key personnel
  • Make decisions on behalf of the company, particularly on personnel related issues
  • Supervise all individuals working under this contract
  • Be available on a 24-hour basis, to ensure prompt response in the event of an emergency or exigent circumstance
  • Conduct prompt and thorough internal investigations of reported allegations
  • Ensure all equipment and property is tracked and accounted for, and otherwise safeguarded
  • The PM will have overall responsibility for implementing, monitoring, and upgrading the program quality control and training plans and is responsible for ensuring the work force complies with program requirements
  • Serve as the focal point for the client for all program activities and be responsible for overall quality and standards conformance in accordance with the SOW
  • Ability to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and manage resources within budget

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess, at minimum,: Undergraduate (4-year) or applicable experience. 
  • Documented managerial training specifically related to fire/security
  • Experience managing or overseeing contracts to provide security officer and fire fighting services to various locations and multiple facilities and to provide surge response to heightened security conditions, emergent needs, or for special events
  • Must have a minimum of a DOD Interim Secret security clearance
  • Must be proficient in Excel and Word
  • Possess five (5) years’ experience supervising contracts with more than forty (40) people
  • Specialized experience includes: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task programs or subcontracts of various types and complexity

Alarm Monitor Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

The Alarm Monitor position provides physical security, by monitoring a detection, intrusion monitoring system. Close Circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring; dispatch; visitor processing; and administrative services.

YOU MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SENSTIVE COMPARTMENT INFORMATION WITH FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE BEFORE APPLYING.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform all duties of an Alarm Monitor.
  • Maintain daily duty log.
  • Conduct and record various checks and verifications
  • Report suspicious activities and persons.
  • Operate Intrusion Detection system, fire alarm system, radio transmitter and receiver, and telephones: Receives incoming fire calls by telephone or through alarm system.
  • Questions caller, observes alarm register.
  • Determines type and number of units to respond to alarms and/or emergency.
  • Relays messages from emergency scene, such as requests for additional help and medical assistance.
  • Records date, time, type of call and destination of messages received or transmitted.
  • Maintains activity, code, and locator files.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • Minimum of 18 years of age;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Possess good writing skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately;
  • Ability to function in a fast pace environment and able to multi task with little assistance;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied;
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
  • Ability to maintain telephone rapport with customers at all levels;
  • Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner;
  • Ability to apply reasoning skills and document them oral, written, and/or diagram form;
  • Ability to solve problems until completion;
  • Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Must have the required current Top-Secret clearance with Compartmental Access and Full-Scope polygraph.

Badge Technician – AAMANDA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist walk-in customers.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Provide tier I help desk functions to better assist customers.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems and databases to verify badge status and government clearances of staff employees, staff-like employees, contractors, visitors, and liaison personnel, including persons from other agencies within the Intelligence Community.
  • Create, manage, and print badges for staff employees, contractors, liaisons, permanent visitors, and others as directed.
  • Processes all badge request and renewal forms, checking for proper authorization, vendor codes, clearance actions, etc.
  • Works closely with multiple Security offices to process work.
  • Answer questions from multiple sources to include customers, other security officers, company security officers, etc.
  • Assist with reporting requirements as requested.
  • Process multiple types of credential requests as directed.
  • Process and scan completed paperwork to appropriate offices.
  • Process all incoming material (badges, credentials, etc.) and update appropriate databases with current information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Top Secret clearance with polygraph is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age;
  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • H.S. Diploma or GED;
  • Impeccable customer service skills;
  • Possess good writing skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately;
  • Ability to create and edit material in multiple databases;
  • Ability to quickly analyze information to reach the appropriate response;
  • Ability to assist customers on a wide range of topics to include interoperability, reciprocity, office policies, office procedures, clearance issues, and other items as required;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Successfully pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks;
  • Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include CPR, First Aid/AED;
  • Successfully complete a security interview screening;
  • Must be able to pass US Government background investigation for required security clearance and polygraph;
  • Must be approved by the client to work at the site.
