RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct training for WPS III personnel.
- Coordinate and conduct refresher training and firearms re-qualifications for WPS III personnel.
- A bio-approved TI is authorized to fill the position/labor category of Guard as required and with the approval of the COR.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a minimum of (2) years’ experience as an instructor in a security field.
- Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a FTE firearms instructor; this experience must have been earned as part of other federal, state, or local government training assignments.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in guard force or emergency response assignments.
- A minimum of two (2) years of this experience must have been in a supervisory or in-charge capacity.
- A minimum of six (6) months of this experience must have been in protective security under WPS III or any of its predecessor contracts.
- Obtain and maintain Personnel Security Clearance as specified in the Task Order

RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Stabilize Provide physician assistant services at post, including treatment of illnesses or minor injuries suffered during security operations
- and prepare sick and injured personnel to a higher-level medical facility
- Ensure the contents and serviceability of medical kits supplied to personnel and placed in operational vehicles are properly maintained
- Manage, maintain, and operate a Role 1 Clinic in austere environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and a valid U.S. tourist passport for application processing
- Level 3 English language proficiency
- Possess current and unrestricted licensure as a Physician’s Assistant in any U.S. state or territory. National certification without active state licensure does not satisfy this territory
- Must possess current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and a certificate of Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course completion
- Must have successfully completed the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course, or an equivalent tactical trauma course of at least 16 hours duration, within the last ninety (90) days. Completion of the ATLS course does not satisfy this requirement
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of PA experience, with a majority of this experience being within an emergency room and/or in direct support of military operations
- As required by the Client, applicants will need to show proof of full vaccination status, defined as vaccinated two weeks after receiving the requisite number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the FDA
- Obtain a Secret Clearance

- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. This requirement may be substituted by an additional four (4) years of experience in addition to that required above.

- Ensure all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
- Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (at E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed commercial guard force supervisory experience.
- Experience must include physical security, access control, and force protection, and must be similar in complexity and scope to the specific requirements of the Task Order.
- Experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed guard services that require skills similar to those identified in the guard training course.
- Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.
- Must obtain/maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting as identified in the Task Order

RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise small groups of guards or assumes positions requiring greater responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of military, law enforcement, or armed commercial guard force supervisory experience, specifically including physical security and access control matters; or five (5) years of armed guard experience on WPS III or any of its predecessor contracts.
- Supervisory experience for military experience is defined as holding a U.S. military rank of officer, warrant officer, or non-commissioned officer, equivalent to E-4 Corporal or higher. U.S. military rank of E-4 Specialist does not meet this requirement. Proof of 5 years of supervisory experience will be required.
- Supervisory experience for sworn law enforcement is defined as holding a federal, state, provincial, or local law enforcement rank of Sergeant or higher. Proof of 5 years of supervisory experience will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on- and off-compound detection of explosive materials.
- Perform daily maintenance training (i.e., performance and explosives detection) and maintain training records for assigned detection dogs.
- Maintain the day-to-day health and welfare of assigned detection dogs.
- Maintain all assigned canine-related equipment
- Perform basic canine emergency first-aid as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must possess a NAPWDA certification or equivalent national/state/provincial military or law enforcement certification as a working dog handler.
- Must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a military or law enforcement dog handler that has occurred, in part, within the last (7) seven years from the date the bio is submitted.
