POSITION SUMMARY
The overall objective of this contract is to procure and deliver all equipment, implement all required operator and maintainer training, and Design and Build a permanent structure in the Land-locked Sahel Country. The Project Manager (PM) will be the primary point of contact for all matters and will bear ultimate responsibility for ensuring all requirements are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Five (5) years of directly related experience managing projects as the highest-ranking company official deployed in-country and responsible for a given project. Such examples may include Project Manager or Country Manager of similar scale and complexity
- Five (5) years of directly related experience managing projects involving equipment procurement and training in an austere environment
- Five (5) years of directly related experience managing projects valuing at least $10,000,000
- One or more years of experience working in sub-Saharan Africa
- Fluent in the French language (DLPT 3/3)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Construction Manager (CM) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on the ground and coordination of all construction or engineering personnel on the ground. The CM will also ensure productivity and safety of all construction, engineering, or visiting personnel on the ground.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Two (2) years of management experience on construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-Conflict countries
- Two (2) years of management experience as the senior-most or second most-senior person on the ground for the project and would have titles such as Site Supervisor or Construction Manager
- At least two projects must be $1.5 million or greater in value
- Three (3) years of construction experience focusing on vertical construction with at least two (2) years of experience overseas in either sub-Saharan Africa or other post conflict countries

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Alarm Monitor position provides physical security, by monitoring a detection, intrusion monitoring system. Close Circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring; dispatch; visitor processing; and administrative services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform all duties of an Alarm Monitor.
- Maintain daily duty log.
- Conduct and record various checks and verifications.
- Report suspicious activities and persons.
- Operate Intrusion Detection system, fire alarm system, radio transmitter and receiver, and telephones: Receives incoming fire calls by telephone or through alarm system.
- Questions caller observes alarm register.
- Determines type and number of units to respond to alarms and/or emergencies.
- Relays messages from emergency scene, such as requests for additional help and medical assistance.
- Records date, time, type of call and destination of messages received or transmitted.
- Maintains activity, code, and locator files.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You must possess an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartment information with full scope polygraph before applying.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Possess good writing skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately;
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask with little assistance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are applied.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
- Ability to maintain telephone rapport with customers at all levels;
- Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner;
- Ability to apply reasoning skills and document them oral, written, and/or diagram form;
- Ability to solve problems until completion;
- Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Valid driver’s license;
- Current Top-Secret clearance with Compartmental Access and Full-Scope polygraph.
