Guard/ESS Operator – TS/SCI with CI Poly






Personnel employed under this contract shall be used to provide:

  • Static installation access control
  • Static perimeter security
  • Roving security patrols
  • Intrusion detection system monitoring to include Electronic Surveillance System (ESS)
  • Valid security related functions associated with the protection of U.S. Government installations, materials, property, and personnel

Guard/ESS Operator Duties:

  • Perform guard duties and roving patrols as assigned
  • Be well versed with routine and emergency operating procedures
  • Operate the ESS System as needed to ensure security efforts are fully coordinated by: conducting system checks, monitoring and controlling all ESS systems, and reacting to alarms
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must meet all general requirements of the contract including age requirement; must be between 20-55 years old at time of hire
  • Must be fully qualified and trained as both a Security Guard and as an Electronic Security System (ESS) Operator
  • Must have a valid and current TS / SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly
  • Must have minimum of two (2) years experience in security, law enforcement administration, or operations experience in the Armed Forces, civilian police or commercial security agencies within the past five (5) years
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and U.S. Tourist Passport
  • Must have no felony or domestic violence conviction. Record of recent recurring misdemeanors may adversely impact candidate’s suitability rating
  • Employment with Triple Canopy is contingent upon a favorable background check
  • As required by the host country, applicants will need to show proof of full vaccination status, defined as vaccinated two weeks after receiving the requisite number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the FDA
