RESTON, Va. (June 17, 2016)—ACADEMI Training Center, doing business as Constellis, has been awarded a Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Wide Mission Support Group A (SWMS-A) contract. With a ceiling of $900M, the Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a period of performance through 28 July 2020. Under this contract, Constellis will provide engineering management, program management and professional services to help USSOCOM achieve its mission.

USSOCOM is responsible for training, equipping and deploying combat-ready special operations forces to combatant commands to perform their missions anywhere in the world at any time. Its duties include developing, acquiring, fielding, and supporting special operations equipment, material, supplies and systems and ensuring the interoperability of equipment with other DoD systems, interagency partners and partner nations.
