As an authorized FBI/CJIS Electronic Fingerprint Channeler, we are one of only a handful of nationally-recognized background investigation firms that can transmit the fingerprints directly to the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. CJIS conducts a check of the FBI’s national criminal history record system and returns the results electronically within 24 hours (current average response time is 1 hour).
We deploy mobile teams to collect fingerprints nationwide and in all U.S. territories. Our team of experienced investigators and dedicated biometric collection professionals are equipped with mobile equipment and FBI-approved digital Live Scan machines programmed to collect digital fingerprints or convert hard copy fingerprints to digital format for submission to the FBI.
We have integrated electronic fingerprint collection and reporting into our proven proprietary Case Management System platform. This technology gives us the automated capability to intake case information electronically through various file formats such and to pre-populate error–free FBI approved digital fingerprint cards that fingerprint technicians or investigators will access at the time of collection.
