The dental plan provides coverage for routine exams and orthodontia for you and your dependents. The vision plan provides coverage for routine eye exams and materials.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow employees to contribute a portion of their regular earnings pre-taxed, up to the IRS limits. The Health Care FSA can be used to pay for eligible medical and dental related costs and the Dependent Care FSA can be used to pay for eligible child and elder care costs.
Available to all employees and their dependents. The EAP offers personalized free, confidential counseling over the phone or in person to meet your needs. Covered services include, but are not limited to marital and family conflicts, job related difficulties, stress, anxiety and depression.

Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is an important benefit to protect you and your family in the event of death or serious injury. We offer basic and supplemental options for you, your spouse and your dependent children.
Disability insurance protects your income in the event you are unable to work due to an illness or injury. Short-term disability provides 60% salary coverage, and long-term provides 40% with a buy-up option to 60%. The short and long-term disability options vary by contract.
