History

Constellis was formed in 2010 to combine best-in-class brands, assets and people within the complex risk management industry. Over the years since, our global team of industry leaders has grown to include ACADEMI, AMK9, Centerra, Edinburgh International, Gregg Protection Services, Olive Group, OMNIPLEX, Strategic Social and Triple Canopy. Today, Constellis is the largest and most diverse non-financial risk management company in the United States, offering turn-key solutions to address our customers’ most complex challenges wherever they are needed around the world.

Evolution of Our Brand

Constellis comes from the word “Constellation.” Constellations have been used throughout history and across all nations as a dependable symbol to guide, inspire and navigate the world. Constellations take multiple elements and connect them to create something greater than the sum of their parts. In similar fashion, Constellis continues to bring together the best-in-class of knowledge, resources, capabilities and people to create an integrated service differentiated from others by our culture of compliance and operational excellence.

The Constellis brand is a symbol that we exist to serve our customers – helping them navigate diverse environments and guiding them to success, no matter where they are in the world.
