The U.S. Army and Constellis signed a partnership on June 8, 2018, to help soldiers prepare for a career after the Army. The US Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program connects soldiers with employers that understand what military service members bring to the business community. It ensures an interview with any of its partnering companies for actual positions.
Constellis is proud to partner with PaYS. We understand the skills and work ethics gained while on duty for our country – about 70% of our employees are former military or law enforcement. It is our honor to be selected by soldiers to interview with us.
