New Hire Incentive Program

Constellis is excited to announce an aggressive new hire incentive campaign. Highly qualified and cleared candidates can receive bonuses ranging from $10-25k for positions that support our U.S. mission overseas. Specific skills sought include those of Defense Designated Marksmen (DDMs), Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs)PSS/Paramedics, PSS/Interpreter/Translator, and Intelligence Analyst.

Interested candidates are encouraged to review the following criteria:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with valid passport
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience in the military, law enforcement or armed security positions in high threat environments
  • Must have a U.S. Department of State security clearance adjudicated within the last 24 months (Secret or higher)
  • Must be fully qualified and deployable within the next 60 days
  • Cannot have been employed by Constellis or its legacy companies within the last 12 months
