RESPONSIBILITIES:

Security patrols, access control, security related personnel escort duties, traffic, report writing, parking control, law and order duties, as well as security and fire safety surveillance. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • Minimum of 18 years of age;
  • High School Diploma or GED;
  • Impeccable customer service skills.
  • Possess good writing skills and ability to make decisions quickly and accurately;
  • Ability to function in a fast pace environment and able to multi task with little assistance;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied;
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence;
  • Ability to maintain telephone rapport with customers at all levels;

Position Overview
 
Staff Unarmed Security posts and provide security for the personnel and property of, and visitors to, assigned US Government Property. May also work in a Control Center.
 
Responsibilities
 
Regular, in-person attendance is required

QC Monitor/ Trainer-FPS CO- Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide Quality Control (“QC”) support for validations including reviewing protocols and reports.

· Inspection of personnel qualification records.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports.

· Ensure Protective Security Officer’s (“PSO”) are fully compliant while at their assigned duty locations.

· Ability to plan training objective, schedule personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity, maintain training files and update curriculum.

· Explain, demonstrate, and ensure responsibility of equipment, maintain safety and organization of training environment.

· Communicate and provide oversight compliance with company policy, procedures, and safety guidelines.

· Provide training related to current and anticipated tactical, operational, and strategic threats.

· Assist training that is relative to the National Weapons Detection Training Program (“NWDTP:).

· Other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience.

· Must possess or be able to obtain required level clearance.

· Must be US Citizen or a permanent resident with an honorable discharge from/or is currently serving in the U.S. armed services.

· Must have a valid Driver’s License.

· Ability to work with database management systems.

· Proven ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

· Exceptional organization and process management ability.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.

· The Training Instructor (TI) position is a FTE position that requires a background with a minimum of two (2) years of training experience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.

· Must have completed an approved and accredited Principles of Instruction course and Firearms Training (e.g. NRA, a Police Academy, State POST Academy, FLETC or military training course) certifying them as an instructor.

· Must possess appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray, Firearms and NWDTP Instructions.

o Monitor FPS and radio traffic while coordinating the appropriate responses to emergency and non-emergency situations performing duties such as:

      • Communicating audio messages via radio and telephone
      • Coordinating law enforcement and public safety personnel activities
      • Transferring public safety information
      • Answering questions and updating client records

o Think and act quickly, calmly, and accurately in emergency situations and under stressful circumstances.

o Log all calls in database including required details of each call

o Keep additional detailed logs to maintain accurate records of alarm use, ensure officer safety, and allow for precise and efficient communications among coworkers

o Operate multi-channel radio and telephone dispatch equipment

o Access Federal, State, and local databases and maintain compliance regulations and procedures

o Assist with quality review of events created by fellow dispatchers

o Monitor alarms received and keep records based on unique accounts

o Proficiently perform administrative tasks on desktop computer and notify management of any technological issues

o Monitor in-house closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras

o Perform dispatching duties for other locations in the event of a failure

o Assist in the training of dispatcher trainees

o Routinely test alarms, communication systems, and other devices

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work under stress and to respond to emergency communications.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a 911 dispatcher or similar function in an emergency call center.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Be able to handle filing and other administrative duties.
  • Knowledge of a 24-hour emergency communication center including familiarity with public safety functions and concerns and of the public safety communication’s environment, demands, requirements and related laws, regulations and systems.

Position Overview

 

The Data Analyst performs technical efforts including creating and modifying alarm accounts, buildings and contact information with various systems. Their primary purpose is the information management of an alarm monitoring system and the current information system in order to assist with dispatching operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Validate/maintain information for all alarm systems and buildings
  • Update building profiles with special instructions regarding emergency and non-emergency events to assist dispatching operations
  • Validate/maintain information on all alarm accounts, to include physical demographics, local responders, government agency contacts, zones, and panel information
  • Perform quality assurance for all information systems
  • Maintain all tracking and logging tools providing statistical data
  • Log operation stats
  • Assist in providing training to personnel on the operations of each system

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED.

POSITION:

 

Full Time Captain: This position is under the direct supervision of the Contract Manager for assigned duties of the Security Department and is responsible for the supervision of the Security Supervisors and the Protective Security Officers (PSO’s) in Colorado. The Captain must be able to successfully interact with all Triple Canopy personnel, clients and all visitors.

 

Pay: $68,203.20/Year

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for the day to day operations of the FPS-CO Contract.

· Assist the Contract Manager with supervising the security operations.

· Responsible for providing direct oversight and supervision of subordinate supervisors and security officers.

· Assist in the development and implementation of efficient security schedules specifically designed to ensure all sites/posts are covered and operational by a trained security officer.

· Enforce company policies and procedures relating to security and ensures that all breaches of security and policy are properly reported.

· Ensure all requirements are enforced relative to the contract guard responsibilities, as stipulated in the Statement of Work.

· Prepare and conduct performance evaluations of security officers and subordinate supervisors.

· Ensure personnel are properly uniformed and present a neat and professional appearance as referenced in the PSO SMART Book.

· Ensure PSO’s are thoroughly knowledgeable of their duties and demonstrate the ability to act effectively during emergencies and other unusual situations.

· Inspect PSO’s to ensure they possess all necessary permits and credentials as required by the contract, state and local law.

· Ensure that all supervisors and PSO’s are knowledgeable of, and understand the post orders.

· Ensure overtime is kept to a minimum, foresees staffing needs and reports personnel issues to the Contract Manager.

· Assist the Contract Manager in the hiring process, to include the review of resumes and the interview process.

· Initiate all clearance packages for assigned personnel.

· Administrative duties to include, but not limited to: scheduling, writing memos, issuing commendations and/or disciplinary letters, reconciling daily hours worked, filling out training certificates/exhibits, maintaining inventories and completing monthly reports for the Contract Manager.

· Perform other work-related duties as may be assigned by the Contract Manager.

· Frequent contact with the public, law enforcement, and dispatch center, requiring the ability to speak clearly and distinctly and remain calm in stressful situations.

· Ability to maintain a high degree of alertness, with the ability to react quickly mentally and physically to a variety of unexpected and dangerous situations.

· Ability to use post security equipment (magnetometers, X-Rays, and CCTV); ability to use handcuffs, baton, a firearm at any time while on duty.

· Ability to read and understand post assignments, write reports, and respond to both routine and emergency dispatches.

· Ability to subdue violent or potentially disturbed individuals, or intervene in a crisis, provide First-Aid/CPR while waiting for the arrival of paramedics or other emergency personnel.

· Occasional running, sprinting, lifting heavy weight, moving heavy objects, climbing stairs, responding to emergencies, and ensuring timely and complete facility evacuations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Three (3) years of experience in law enforcement, military, or security in the last five years.

· A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in field supervision (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement or commercial/industrial security force service).

· Ability to pass a contract required medical and drug screen.

· Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

· Attention to detail is critical with this position.

· Highly proficient with a computer to include Microsoft Office software.

· Must have a good working knowledge of security operations and safety practices in a business environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and the public; to prepare, understand, and follow standard operating procedures; to perform duties in a professional manner; to write and investigate required reports; to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures and to maintain all contract required credentials.

Work cases throughout the geographic area of responsibility and travel to various places of employment, residence and education institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • U.S. Citizenship;
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 1 year within the last five (5) years of investigations experience at the federal, state, or local level of government;
  • Must have some mix of NBIB/DCSA/FIS Experience;
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record;
  • Willing to travel on temporary duty assignments as needed (by car or plane);
  • Successfully pass background checks and all required training;

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person, one-on-one subject interviews to obtain factual information about the individual’s background and character, in accordance with agency guidelines and instructions.
  • Obtain factual information from a variety of personal and record sources to produce a report of investigation that contains all pertinent facts of an individual’s background and character in accordance with agency guidelines and instructions.
  • Travel throughout the geographic area of responsibility to conduct investigations at various places of employment, residence, and education institutions as cases are assigned.
  • Must be willing to travel in and around assigned location within 30-50 miles (or more) as needed
  • Engage in dialogue on a regular basis with managers and representatives at contractor facilities, various U. S. Government organizations, and law enforcement agencies to develop and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • Adapt to changing situations and environments as they occur and be able to interact with people from all walks of life and socioeconomic levels.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills and exhibit professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Work load based on availability of cases in geographic area.
  • Some voluntary, temporary duty assignments in other areas of the country (typically 2-4 weeks at a time) are possible.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is typically based in the investigator’s home office as well as in the investigator’s personal vehicle traveling to various field locations to conduct interviews. Coverage area varies and could include some extended drives. Work hours vary depending on availability of leads and do not always fall within normal business hours, to include potential weekend hours or third-shift appointments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires intermittent standing, writing/typing, walking, sitting, and driving throughout the workday, and may include for multiple hours.
