POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform cradle to grave procurement administration/management in a federal government contracting environment (i.e. proposal support, sourcing and soliciting potential vendors, contract award and administration to procurement closeout) consistent with FAR Part 44.
- Show experience with CPSR approval to include purchasing policies and procedures, and required documentation consistent with the requirements of the policies and procedures.
- Continue current compliant procurement processes and procedures in accordance with CPSR requirements.
- Participate as a key team member and provide support to proposal teams during the proposal development process including guidance and direction relevant to procurement requirements.
- Ability to organize processes and workflow for effective, efficient, and compliant outcomes.
- Advanced FAR/DFARS Experience.
- Conduct negotiations of terms and conditions to various agreements including Memorandum of Understanding Agreement, Purchase Orders, Vendor/Master Services Agreements, modifications, and final closeout /releases.
- Conduct cost proposal negotiations based upon the strategic objectives of the corporate organization.
- Assist with problem resolution and provide strategic guidance to senior management as required.
- Experience with OCONUS purchasing to include sourcing suppliers, applicability of international laws and regulations, ITAR, etc.
- Reviews all procurement actions for the team prior to award
- Administers Constellis procurements as part of balancing team workload
- Attends bid reviews
- Manages vendor bids/proposals
- Approves and takes responsibility for procurement actions up to manager’s authority
- Acts as first level of escalation for managers on procurement issues

POSITION SUMMARY
Managing the requirements of this contract is considered a critical function. In addition to providing contract administration and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, the Program Manager shall oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at Jefferson Lab.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Possess a minimum of five (5) year of experience of specialized experience -Specialized experience includes: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION OVERVIEW
Staff armed security posts and provide security for the personnel and property of, and visitors to, assigned US Government Property.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide physical security for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant, which might be susceptible to theft, fire, sabotage or unauthorized entry, responding as directed in the event of incidents affecting security integrity of facilities.
- Cover Captain Shifts on weekends, holidays, and additional shifts as assigned.
- Patrol/protect facilities by foot and/or vehicle to detect or prevent illegal/unauthorized activities.
- Provide security protection for all government property, classified material and personnel within assigned areas of responsibility to preclude unauthorized access, theft, or intentional destruction.

- Maintain proficiency with all assigned weapons by achieving the required qualifying scores in the designated courses of fire and the level of fitness required to safely pass annual qualification tests and carry out duties.
- Remain proficient in the care, maintenance, operation, disassembly, and assembly of all duty weapons as applicable.
