Unarmed Security Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Seeking part-time security officer to provide all routine patrol and access control functions including property control at the Aerospace Chantilly, VA location.  

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to the Lieutenant or Sergeant
  • Patrol Buyer’s facilities and report all security or safety deficiencies
  • Conduct timed patrol tours and special signoffs as directed.
  • Respond to the scene of crimes and emergencies to assist, observe, report, and contain
  • Enforce Buyer’s access and property control policies at all gates and lobbies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be U.S. citizen
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Must have a current TS Clearance or Higher

Unarmed Security Officer

POSITION SUMMARY

Unarmed security officers maintain a safe and secure environment at businesses, organizations, and residential properties. They patrol premises, perform access control, and investigate disturbances. They also monitor alarm systems and video surveillance cameras.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guard property against damage, fire, theft, trespassing and illegal entry.
  • Interacts with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Provides building and premises security to the client’s property.
  • Conducts patrols and security checks.
  • Provides effective access and egress control.
  • Regulates and directing traffic, as necessary.
  • Responds to alarm signals.
  • Is alert to observe, correct and report fire and safety hazards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule. Nights and weekends required. No M-F Day shifts available.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 18 years or older.
  • Must have a valid State Identification Card (ID)

  • Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.

POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure effective on-site security procedures are carried out. Provide Employee, Vendor and Contractor badges.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unarmed Security Officers, but not limited to the following.
  • Provide security protection and access control.
  • Provide security protection for all government property, classified material, and personnel within assigned areas of responsibility to preclude unauthorized access, theft, or intentional destruction.

Training Instructor

POSITION SUMMARY

Full Time Training Instructor of Armed Security Protective Officers. Serve as the designated Instructor for a specific site in Virginia. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and compile collected data.   
  • Explain and demonstrate use of apparatus and equipment assigned to the site for training purposes. 
  • Evaluate the abilities of individual participants to determine suitable corrective or remedial training.
  • Maintain overall safety and organization of the training environment.
  • Ensure the safety of students. Communicates and supervises compliance under the direction of the Training Manager with company policy, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure accountability for all training equipment.
  • Complete any additional training and/or certifications required by the government or the contract.

  • Coordinates, develops, delivers and manages employee training and development programs; conducts need assessments identifies training needs; develops and/or customizes training courses, content and materials; oversees and delivers training; evaluates effectiveness, and makes adjustments as necessary to improve training outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports to management regarding training initiatives, scheduling, and effectiveness of employee and organizational development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five (5) years of training experience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.
  • Clearance requirements: TS/SCI and must be able to obtain a CI Poly and hold TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows based computers and Microsoft applications (i.e., MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). 
  • Possess appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray, and Firearms Instruction.
  • Completion of an approved and accredited Principles of Instruction course and Firearms Training through (e.g., NRA, a Police Academy, State POST Academy, FLETC or military training course) preferred.

Senior Project Control Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY 

As a Senior Project Control Analyst at Constellis, you’ll oversee all project financial functions such as cost controls, budgeting, revenue recognition, project setup, variance analysis, and reporting for government and/or commercial contracts. In this role, you will develop and analyze estimates at completion, monitor actual costs and commitments, prepare program review presentations, and produce financial deliverables as required per contract for both internal and external use. The ability to lead and direct others regarding the project control processes and requirements and the ability to problem solve are crucial to this position. In this highly collaborative role, you will interface with members of various function groups, including Finance & Accounting, Program Management, Contracts, Price & Procurement, amongst others, to ensure success for assigned projects 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Set up new projects in accordance with the contractual, financial compliance, and operational reporting requirements 
  • Participate in collaboration meetings to ensure project setup optimizes accounting software capabilities for project revenue, billing, and reporting utilizing Deltek Costpoint and COGNOS  
  • Prepare detailed estimates to complete/estimates at completion for assigned projects; review with project managers and provide to project accounting quarterly or more often for significant changes  
  • Review monthly project costs and revenue, record monthly cost accruals, monitor actual cost performance against plans/budgets, prepare variance analysis, reports, and presentations timely to project managers and stakeholders; identify areas for improvement 
  • Review detailed costs to ensure accuracy in recording 
  • Prepare correction forms for non-labor adjustments and coordinate with employees and/or supervisors for required labor corrections 
  • Prepare monthly program review presentations and assist project managers as required to present monthly operating results to management 
  • Monitor backlog and unbilled balances on a monthly basis 
  • Monitor contract funding, track commitments, develop funding requirements projections and coordinate with contracts for required notifications on limitations and requests for additional funding 
  • Identify “at risk” funding and mitigation solutions 
  • Assist project managers with annual budget preparation 
  • Support development of cost proposals for bids, ROMs, ECPs, and equitable adjustment requests 
  • Determine impact on direct projects for over/under applied indirect costs throughout the year to ensure adequate funding and maximization of revenues and profits 
  • Review invoices to ensure compliance with contract requirements 
  • Assist with weekly cash forecasting through coordination with Program Management, Billing, and Constellis customers

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred 
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or other related field experience required

  • Knowledge of government contract types to include Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, Time and Materials and Cost Reimbursable

Senior Radar Systems Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

 

To support efforts associated with the ACC Counterdrug program. These tasks involve services to be performed to meet ACC’s specialized CD engineering, technical, and management requirements that include troubleshooting, repairing, optimizing, sustaining, deploy/set up/operate/re-deploy Government owned counterdrug (CD) surveillance and communications systems to various CONUS & OCONUS locations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Tasks that include CD/CNT Operational and Logistics Support, Analyze/Optimize CD/CNT System Performance, Sustainment Support, Configuration Management Support, and Radar Data Quality Monitoring and Intelligence Analysis
  • Provide hands-on depot level sustainment support of CD D&M systems (PN radars; TPS-70, -75, -78 radars; SATCOM; ancillary systems; and radar data networking systems
  • Assist in program management and development and definition of CD requirements
  • Conduct D&M and communications studies and analyses
  • Provide technical, engineering, management and sustainment engineering support for CD systems
  • Apply systems engineering principles to provide engineering insight to D&M operational requirements
  • Evaluate, make recommendations, and optimize sensor operational performance
  • Provide training to US and PN personnel.  Plan and execute technical SMEEs
  • Assist with the development of procedures, plans, and documentation for testing and configuration management
  • Support the deployment/employment of CD systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance on sustaining the ACC CD Satellite Communications (SATCOM) network

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Surveillance experience with at least 10 recent years of hands-on technical experience working with air surveillance sensors and communications systems and their respective applications in the CD mission environment
  • Experience working, managing CD surveillance, command and control, and communications programs, AF/MAJCOM coordination/ staff package processing, acquisition, requirements development, and validation processes
  • Experience working with CCMDs, MAJCOM, SPOs and US Embassy staffs
  • Secret clearance is required from contract performance start date
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a management or technical field
  • Fluency in technical and conversational Spanish (DLPT Level 2+) and ability to translate between English and Spanish
  • Must be able to pass a CPR Certification

OMNIPLEX is looking for an energetic, creative Recruiter Support Specialist to coordinate day-to-day operations of onboarding new talent. The Specialist will conduct employment-related talent research and support the Recruiting team with knowledge of winning talent acquisition strategies key to successful targeting and identification of qualified candidates. Security Command Center Dispatcher

POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Security Command Center Dispatcher will monitor video surveillance systems, electronic access control systems and other security and facility alarm systems protecting lives and property as assigned.

 

MONDAY-FRIDAY 2 PM-8 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Use the approved proper radio language and assure proper radio procedures are followed
  • Monitors and operates Close Circuit Television System (CCTV) during assigned tour of duty
  • Receives all routine and emergency calls for assistance
  • Dispatches Protective Security Officers and appropriate Security Supervisory personnel via radio or telephone to emergency calls for assistance or service on a priority basis in accordance with established rules and procedures
  • Prepares the computerized operations log ensuring that all information is accurately recorded in the log prior to completion of their assigned tour
  • Monitors motion intrusion and/or panic alarm computer systems and other alarm panels in the Security Command Center  
  • Responds to emergency 911 calls by providing emergency dispatching services
  • Ask vital questions and provide pre-arrival instructions for first responders
  • Maintains maps, checklists, and charts, including automated programs
  • Operates and maintains multi-line telephones, automated data processing equipment, printers, recorders, facsimile equipment, and other devices installed in the Security Command Center
  • Prepares and maintains reports and records relating to emergency responses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Regular, in-person attendance is required

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2 years of experience as a dispatcher security/law enforcement/military setting, including: monitoring and directing response to security law enforcement, and life safety communications; operating a variety of communications and security equipment; compiling and preparing reports related to events occurring in the operation of police control center; receiving routine and emergency calls and dispatching police/security/medical personnel
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted automobile driver’s license
  • Must be a citizen of the United States, possessing a social security card issued by the Social Security Administration
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
  • Must be capable of passing a company and government background check, medical, drug test
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and professional relationships with fellow employees
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to reach conclusions and approaches to problems
  • Ability to use judgement and decision-making skills to evaluate situations
  • Ability to think quickly
  • Ability work under stressful situations

Business work hours are 24/7. Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions.
